Orders and Shipping

Help with an existing order

Please login to your customer account to view and/or change your chosen info and settings. You will also be able to confirm your order status. If you are unable to find what you are looking for and require our assistance, please contact us on customercare@dose92.com. We aim to get back to all existing customers within 24 hours.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been despatched. Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse, your delivery time could be anywhere between 1-2 days. This is dependent on your chosen delivery service.

How do I create an account?

Once you have completed a purchase of one of our products (during which you'll have the option to create an account), head to the login page. Please use the email address you completed your purchase along with your chosen password to login.

Can I change/cancel my subscription recurrence?

We have increased the convenience of changing your subscription with customisable recurrence options. Just login to your account and head to your subscriptions to change the date of your next shipment and/or cancel. We require a minimum of 3 shipments to be completed before cancelling a subscription.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

The delivery fee is dependent on your chosen delivery service. Orders over £50 are eligible for free delivery!

Where do you ship to?

As we are committed to ensuring our products contain no nasties, we currently only deliver to most postal areas in the UK. Unfortunately we do not deliver to BFPO addresses, PO boxes or the Channel Islands including the Isles of Scilly.

Please note that we are unable to offer a Next Day service to postcodes outside of mainland UK e.g Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man.

I have entered an incorrect address, what should I do?

Once the order has been placed and we have set your order status to 'dispatched' - we do not have the ability to change/modify any details of the order, including the address. 
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
